Professional Scrum Product Owner

Training Overview

How do you maximize the value of products?

This 2-day training is aimed at (future) Product Managers, Product Owners and everyone who is responsible for the success of a product.

In today's volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous VUCA world, a professional Product Owner needs to do more than writing down requirements or managing a Product Backlog.

The participants get to know the Scrum framework, the accountabilities of a Scrum Product Owner as well as relevant aspects of agile product management, which are essential to maximize the value of a product.

Even experienced Product Owners learn a wealth of proven techniques that can help them maximize the value of a product faster and more effectively.

This is an official scrum.org training that optimally prepares the participants for the globally recognized "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" (PSPO I) certification. The training fee includes one to two free attempts for the "PSPO I" certification, and a discount on the "PSPO II" certification.
